KiMo Average overshoot and undershoot

The "faster than planned" shortfall is the difference between the planned number and the measured completion time and is calculated accordingly as a negative value (- time).

 

The excess "slower than planned" is the difference between the planned number and the measured completion time and is calculated as a positive value (+ time).
