Export transaction data

The two reports Item data export and Transaction data export list both the posted items and the transactions.

At the same time as the report is created, a CSV file is created based on the settings for filing in the settings for automatic filing.

Settings and export

The CSV storage control can be stored separately for these two reports. An input field and an option button are available for this purpose. The option switch Use report type as storage directory ensures that the client number is not part of the storage location, but a storage location for all clients in a central system.

System:

MMMM_YYYYYMMDD_YYYYMMDD_Itembookings.csv

MMMM_YYYYYMMDD_YYYYMMDD_Transactions.csv

MMMM = 4-digit client number

YYYYMMDD_YYYYMMDD = from date to date
