Component designer
In the tab Create components you can use our templates or create your own components, which you can later place in the overview as often as you like. Please note that the view in the Components tab is set to 200%, which is twice the size of the original. Components consist of elements such as graphics, shapes and information that you can combine as you wish. These elements are always automatically combined as a group when the components are saved.
Edit Components
If you select an element or the background, the editing area below the editing area is released. Components are mainly intended as templates of identical things, which is why you should consider at this point whether you already assign functions in the templates, or prefer to add this function later and individually in the worksheet after you have created new objects from these templates.
However, seats of tables can already be allocated now, as these are the same for each table and can be distinguished later by the unique table numbers.
The black semicircle circle at the top left (which is supposed to represent a chair) has already been assigned the function Table with a fixed seat. The table number then remains empty, but the seat number is stored. Repeat this for all seats and then assign a info block (transparent) to the table, where you can later display text information. With this, a table is ready and can be secured as a component:
The catalog offers you finished components that you can use as you like. Changing and saving as your own template may also be faster than designing components from the beginning. Especially for location systems, catalogues should be copied to or into the locations.
The path of the catalogue is located there: [S]:\HYPERS-!\ETC\SHAPES.All folders contained in it are displayed as Design and can be selected via the selection list. Within a design folder there can be further sub folders, as here in the example: "Blue and white, wood, plastic and marble. The tab All is created automatically and shows all items from the sub folders. The size of the component catalogue can be adjusted as required. By simply creating a folder under [S]:\Hypers-!\ETC\SHAPES\ you can copy objects from other systems.
