Businesslogic and HS-SSP

The business logic is part of the Hypersoft Security and Auditability Service (HS-SSP). It is an intermediate layer that is responsible for the data transport between the SQL database and the programs. It defines a specific task, such as the payment of a transaction, once, so that all Hypersoft programs can reliably refer to this task. The business logic also monitors the success of certain tasks and initiates successful corrections unnoticed in the event of technical problems. In the unlikely event that Businesslogic is unable to make any suitable corrections during normal operation, it will contact you clearly in order to avert or report any damage. The following message appears on all stations (with Terminal Commander):

When you click or touch on this message, as well as automatically at the causal station, the details are displayed once:

Such a process is automatically quarantined by HS-SSP and can be integrated into your database by our support team - data loss is largely excluded with this procedure.

Day-end closing is not permitted in this status, even if it is permitted with open transactions.

Certain HS-SSP messages notify Hypersoft support directly, but you are responsible for ensuring that the message reaches us. They fulfill this by initiating an incident to the problem.

If we also have to make corrections to the data as a result of necessary repairs, we document this accordingly in our support records (incident). If necessary, we also enter references to our records in your database when making data corrections. This means that our support team can provide appropriate answers to any queries that may arise at a later date. This procedure has often been used positively in the course of tax audits.

Even interventions classified as manipulative can be transmitted to Hypersoft without HS-SSP message if necessary. This serves the internal quality assurance and the plausibility of the HS-SSP system, thus also in your interest.

Further information about HS-SSP can be found in the document of the same name in the Hypersoft Portal, provided you have the appropriate authorization.
