Web browser compatibility
Some features support or require a web browser. The web browser displays content as text or graphically. There are a number of browsers on the market that are not based on a uniform standard. In certain cases, this may lead to a different presentation.
Compatibility of the Hypersoft Web programmes
Programmes such as the web shop and reservation widget that are used by end customers and guests alike are compatible with all common browsers:

All other programmes, including your Hypersoft portal, have been tested with Google Chrome and should only be used with it. Google Chrome is available for Apple products.
Security of registration...
If you have registered at MyHypersoft.com, you will receive a one-time identification valid for approximately 12 hours, which only becomes invalid with a proper logout. If you do not log out and this link is accessible, unauthorized persons may log in under their name.
If you have display problems with these browsers, please use a more current version. You should also first clear the browser cache in the event of technical problems. Mobile browsers sometimes behave differently, or the websites recognize the use of mobile devices and refer to special websites:
- The portal site MyHypersoft.de shows a special mobile website that uses a variant of the Paparazzi program.
- The MOBILE PEOPLE Reservations widget refers to a mobile version.
Should you be dependent on other browsers in interface with the use of our special web functions, their support can be offered as project work requiring planning.
