An efficient control of open supplier invoices is a prerequisite for the optimal use of funds. The Abacus accounts payable software is seamlessly integrated into the Abacus financial accounting and simplifies the work processes in accounting considerably.

Hypersoft ABACUS Onboarding
The processing and the method of data transfer is carried out by means of a web service, which is integrated into the intranet of the respective user.
The access data for this ABACUS web service must be requested from ABACUS or the company providing the service and stored once in the Hypersoft system. The data includes the IP address or alternatively the server name (if it is integrated in the DNS), the port (default 40000), a user name with a suitable password (please make sure you have sufficient permissions), the client number and, if necessary, the name of the server. information as to whether the ABACUS server supports HTTPS.
After this data has been deposited, you can use the Check button to check whether the data is correct and sufficient. ABACUS requires a so-called FIBU cost centrefor the handover for each sales point set up. This is assigned by selecting the sales point from the list and entering the financial accounting cost centres.
The FIBU ABACUS report can be prepared at any time, just like any other report. Once the data has been compiled, the Report Manager asks whether the data should be transferred to ABACUS. This question does not arise if an automatic report export is created, since the transfer is then also automatic.
Business area for postings without cost centre
A business area can be defined with the value under Business area for postings without cost centre. E.g. a 2 or also as a fixed cost centre and business area, e.g. 123|2 (the vertical bar or pipe separates the cost centre from the business area.
With the " Transfer negative values as CREDIT" button, the negative sign in the revenue postings can be used as an indication of a credit posting. Otherwise, all postings, whether negative or positive, are entered into the interface as TARGET.
