Cancellation detail report

The cancellation detail report shows cancellation bookings grouped by cancellation type and also subdivides them according to the reasons for cancellation used.

A further differentiation is made within the reasons for cancellation:

• without WaWi change (Stock Management)

• with WaWi change (Stock Management)

A reason for cancellation with WaWi change (stock management) exists if a reason for loss is stored for this reason. In this case, the goods are not posted back to the stock on cancellation, but are booked out of the stock via the stored reason for loss.

Hint

If a reason for loss is subsequently assigned to an existing cancellation reason, this cancellation reason is assigned to the "with WaWi change" group from this point onwards. This applies regardless of whether existing (historical) postings have actually been derecognised from the inventory.
