TSE Error Report
Best Practice: TSE Error Report (D) - Safety through automatic control
By law, the responsibility for a correctly functioning TSE always lies with the operator of the POS system - i.e. with you.
In reality, however, other employees often work with the system on a daily basis and are often unaware of the consequences of potential TSE errors. This is precisely where the TSE Error Report closes a dangerous gap.
Why the TSE Error Report is so important
-
TSE disorders can easily go unnoticed in everyday life:
-
Operators acknowledge messages without understanding them.
-
Warnings get lost in the day-to-day business.
-
Problems are recognised too late - often only during a later audit.
-
The TSE Error Report acts like an early warning system: it only reports when an error has actually occurred.
-
As long as everything works correctly, it remains invisible - and does not interfere.
Your advantages through automated use
We recommend that you have the TSE Error Report created automatically in the Report Manager together with your regular reports (and sent automatically if required). This creates a reliable workflow:
-
No unnecessary reports - only in the event of an error.
-
Immediate notification if a TSE problem occurs.
-
Legal certainty, because errors do not go unnoticed.
-
Relief for staff who do not need to have technical expertise.
If an error occurs, the report appears immediately in the familiar reporting environment and clearly signals: Action required - react now!
Conclusion
With the TSE Error Report, you ensure one of the most important security mechanisms in the POS system: transparency, legal security and immediate control - without additional effort.

Show format errors until Hotfix 3 of 11.05.2022...
There is a formatting error in the TSE data that remains in the inventory data. Totals for individual amounts over 1000 were erroneously output with a thousand separator . "DOT". Since the TSE format also provides for the dot as a decimal separator, illogical texts result here for totals from 1000. These are therefore incorrectly issued as "1,000.00" instead of "1000.00". To sum these values, the thousand separator must be removed by an appropriate formula. This can be achieved by "remove all 'points' and divide the result by 100". A HS-SSP entry has been created for this and Hypersoft is available to answer any queries on this. The TSE Error Report checks whether and how often it has occurred with them, because under the error name Formatting error you can have the tag, the number and the value listed:
In the event of a TSE defect, the date of decommissioning and the note "defective/deactivated" are listed below:
