Exporting SAP Business One
The SAP Business One export is started daily as a programme in the respective location, preferably via Windows with the Scheduled Tasks programme. The information in the respective location is transferred to the head office with the web clearing (licence required). If a file cannot be transferred to the head office, this will be done at the next opportunity.
Start the programme(HsSAPBOne.exe) from the Backoffice Suite programme group or create a scheduled task for it:

Creation of a scheduled task
It is assumed that you can use the Windows Scheduled Tasks program.
MCP x y AUTO
With the parameter MCP x y AUTO, the program runs independently of the cash register closing. x = Client y = User. Here, the period is determined with the current date and the /TTA
The theoretical end of day (TTA) applies the calendar day change at a time specified by you (default setting 6:00 a.m.). The programme can automatically perform closures, updates and maintenance at this time. A new sales day then begins with the first POS booking of the day. and the data is determined according to the specifications from the attached document and automatically transported to the head office via web service.
Repeat the export
You can repeat the export for a specific day. Parameter: MCP x y AUTO z.( x = client, y = user, z = tag in the form of YYYYMMTT).
