Use manual control lists

This is about printing out data entry lists in order to record the stock in writing and later enter it into the system.

Start the programme Stock Reporter from the programme group Backoffice Suite.
Select Capture List. Alphabetical sorting is suitable - or if you use the item numbers to sort the basic items, of course the item number. In addition, you can activate a grouping where product groups can be helpful. Ultimately, the aim is to capture data as simply and quickly as possible.
Normally, you select control units for recording because you have defined them specifically for this purpose. I kitchens, however, it may be customary to consider only the basic units, which is why this choice is offered. When grouping, we recommend the commodity groups.
Press Start Calculation to display the list and press Print to output the list.
Then enter the inventory data into the system.
