cost center report
The cost centre report provides an overview of the costs and sales of the individual sales outlets.
Calculation with VEK...
A special function is the option of using the transfer price (TIP) instead of the purchase price, which allows an "internal profit" to be calculated for transfers between sales outlets.
If the purchase price of all the ingredients of a salad is 1.75 and you set an MSRP of 3, the transfer to another point of sale will produce the following results:
The kitchen has a cost of goods sold of 1.75.
The kitchen has a transfer exit at the rate of 3,-.
If the salad is sold at a point of sale as a requisition item, the sales price is credited to the "Sales" area of the kitchen. If the kitchen sells the salad directly via a POS terminal, the sales price is also applied and listed under "Sales".
Sales via tills to which kitchen products (with immediate production) are allocated reduce the kitchen stock, but do not increase the sales value of the kitchen.
