commodity valuation report
The inventory valuation report calculates the value of your inventory by multiplying the number of items by their average purchase price (APP). It is also suitable as an "inventory report". In the Groupings area, you can sort the data according to main and subgroups.
The report consists of a summary followed by the actual report. When you export the report, a version without a summary is created. If you customise the layout of the report, a message appears asking whether you also want to customise the layout for export.
Items with a stock of zero can be hidden so that they do not appear in the report. If you select the option List negative stocks, negative stocks are still not included in the product groups and article items, but are displayed as a separate total in the report. This results in an additional indication of the "value of goods from unlisted negative stocks", so that you are informed of existing negative stocks.
Rate the stocking of the day...
This option allows you to set the valuation report to include both the starting stock and the stocking of the day. This is particularly useful if you want to carry out a replenishment before the checkout starts and create the goods valuation report for the same day.
