Edit export settings |
Select a setting from the list or create a new setting by entering a term, selecting the settings and choosing Save. |
output file | you specify the directory and the name of the export file. |
separator | Select the separator to be used between the field information. If the selected delimiter is used within the field information, it will be replaced by a space to ensure the integrity of the export file. |
output type |
Select with Replacewhether the output file should be replaced with each export, or with Append whether the new information should be appended at the end. Text in inverted commas adds an inverted comma to the beginning and end of the text information. All fields in inverted commas ensure that all fields begin with an inverted comma and end with an inverted comma. With heading creates a header line in the export file. This contains either the name specified under Field text or the different heading you entered as information. The Summarize data option merges the same data records. For example, if you do not use the booking time and operator information as the target field, the journal export can specify all the same items in a row cumulated. Operation numbers and the number of customers are exported only if aggregation is disabled. |
decimal separator and decimal places |
Select the type of formatting for decimal numbers. The decimal places can only be filled with values as long as they are stored in the source fields. Alternatively the fields will be filled with zeros. |
settings |
The Source fields list provides you with all the information you need. Select a field. With a double click or the button Add the field is transferred to the destination list. This determines that the information is exported and that a new column is created in the export. You can use the Up and Down buttons to move the entries in the destination list in the sequence. This leads to a horizontal change in the order per line of the export file. In the Heading field, you can assign a heading to each column. In the Maximum Length field, you can limit the data in the column to a certain number of characters. For information of type Date, you can also format the date in the Format field. |
