Deposit system

Deposit is automatically added to an item in the Hypersoft system when booking as free attachment. This appendix thus remains on the item and passes through all booking functions without any further changes to the system. Inventory management and evaluation per deposit is also possible.

When taking back empties and paying out the deposit amount, the operator can manually post the deposit base items. The deposit system generates a negative quantity with a positive price. Example: -10 x one-way deposit a' 0.25 gives -2.50. This means that, with optional merchandise management, the posting is correct and the price is multiplied positively when selling and negatively when receiving.

Particularly practical are the possibilities to automatically book a deposit on crates and to have the deposit automatically taken into account only for out-of-home sales. Deposit can also be assigned to items in a location-based system.
