Hypersoft Chatbot

The Hypersoft chatbot will be available from March 2024. He helps with questions about the products from a technical, sales and general co-operation perspective. He is still young and learning, we are also learning from him and will therefore improve our services. He will not replace anyone, but will be happy to help everyone. Feel free to try it out so that it can learn from your questions.

The three buttons are perfect for getting started so that the chatbot knows what it's all about.

  • Interest in hypersoft tends to be questions about the products.

  • General questions should deal with questions about cooperation and everything else

  • Select Support for questions about Hypersoft products.

When you select Support, you can choose whether it is a question or a current problem:

The chatbot learns from the (honest) answer to satisfaction and can improve in the long term. We also monitor the results and train him in more knowledge.
