IIS test with MobileDebug - diagnostic tool for mPOS

The MobileDebug test programme is used to analyse errors and check the server connection in the Hypersoft mPOS environment. It is located in the start menu of the CLOU MOBILE or mPOS device.

MobileDebug can be used to specifically detect connection problems and localise configuration errors in connection with the IIS (Internet Information Services). The server IP address can also be specifically tested in the programme.

Important: MobileDebug is a professional diagnostic tool and may only be used under the guidance of Hypersoft or an appropriately trained specialist retail partner.

Functions at a glance

Control elements in the MobileDebug tool:

function	Description of the
Refresh ("R")	Refreshes the display of the current number of connections to the server.
Car test	Automatically starts the connection test repeatedly (as with the "Test" button).
Continue (hook)	Activates the continuous test function. If errors occur, the test is not interrupted but continued. Without a tick, the autotest is stopped immediately in the event of an error.
ART	Retrieves the article master from the server - used to check the server connection and article data.
TEST	Executes an IIS test function to check the communication with the web server.
WiFi	Deactivates and reactivates the WLAN connection - useful for analysing network problems.
Thread	Starts the selected number of simultaneous requests (threads), each of which loads the article master. This function is used to simulate high loads on the system.
EXIT	Exits the program.
LAST	Displays the last error that occurred (if any).

Additional information: There is a text field at the bottom of the programme in which system feedback and error messages are displayed - depending on the tested function and error situation. MobileDebug does not occupy the entire screen so that you can continue to call up and edit device settings in parallel.
