Split: Open operation after splitting

If this function is defined as a macro together with the Split: Split Invoice function, the original operation from which the split was performed is reopened after a split operation is completed. If the original transaction does not contain any more bookings, the function is skipped and no transaction is opened. The macro should first have the function Split: Split Invoice and then the function Split: Open Transaction after Split.

The mPOS system always returns to the start-up process as described under mPOS Splitting.
