Activate suppliers for mail

In order to order from the supplier via the Hypersoft Lounge, the supplier data must have been entered accordingly.

Go to the vendor master and select the vendor that you want to reach by mail in the future. Select the tab Process automation. The setting eMail leads to the use of the Hypersoft Lounge. The setting there eMail leads to the use of the Hypersoft Lounge.

At address to select the entry standard addressand at communication select the entry eMail. As a form template, you can create any desired form that is attached to the mail.
