To the HKS Systeme GmbH homepage: https://www.hks-systeme.de/
The integration is currently in a project phase. At a later date, this will be used as a new standard to combine complex ticket systems from HKS with Hypersoft.
Configure HKS integration
You can reach the interface in the portal under the menu item Interfaces / Ticketing:
After selecting the interface, the required licence per location is checked. If you have an existing licence, you can activate the interface for redeeming vouchers and coupons. Please also enter the access data you received from HKS (user name and password):
Hypersoft and /HKS interface
The following functions are implemented in the HKS connection in Hypersoft POS:
-
Value vouchers (multi-purpose vouchers) can be redeemed in part or in full.
-
So-called Just 4 You vouchers (multi-purpose vouchers/coupons) can only be redeemed once, depending on their value and the transaction value. The offsetting entries on redemption are calculated depending on the VAT rate used. from the transaction as an offsetting entry. The transaction amount and the voucher value are displayed as a limit. The offsetting entries can be made per VAT rate. record with an extra DATEV account, if these values are 0, the existing FIBU account assignment is used as fall-back.
ATTENTION: This new account assignment option for bonus vouchers (FIBU account per VAT rate) not only affects the HKS interface, but all bonus voucher redemptions.
Realisation...
-
In the WEB voucher interface settings there is a further area in which the access data from the portal can be called up and further options such as LAN IP/port, offsetting article from HKS, voucher for multiple redemption and voucher for one-off redemption and a list of the Just 4 You vouchers to be taken into account must be added.
-
The Hypersoft POS system is extended by another third-party voucher that is used to recognise the HKS API. Type xx59 is permanently intended for HKS.
-
The assignment to the two stored voucher redemption methods then controls the type of use at the POS.

HKS card reader options (transponder)...
To use HKS transponders, you can configure credit limits when using HKS wristbands (in bathrooms). A booking limit is carried on the belts and collected when leaving the pool. The tapes can be used as a means of payment on the Hypersoft POS system as part of a closed loop system (e.g. in the catering trade). When a payment is transferred, the limit is automatically reduced and a posting text can be transferred at the same time. The standard text is Hypersoft Gastroartikel and also includes the time of payment. Example:
Hypersoft Gastro article 17:32
This enables the user to recognise in HKS which process was involved. The VAT The standard form of payment in the catering industry is an invoice at the POS or mPOS.
Licensing of the integration
The IF 59: 3rd Party HKS Interface licence is required, which is designed for a number of ten Hypersoft POS or mPOS devices. For larger installations, we will be happy to prepare a customised offer.
