Integrations and interfaces Licences
The list in this section only shows an excerpt of all possible interfaces (interfaces) and integration. For further connections please ask your dealer or Hypersoft.
IF 01: eSolutions and app integration
This licence includes the eSolutions interface and the online order program for one channel.
The eSolutions interface enables the transfer of master data or the possibility to retrieve it, see 3rd Party eSolution API.
Online Order is the return channel for transmitting orders to the POS system, see Online order at the POS.
Hypersoft products that also use these services include the appropriate eSolutions and Online Order Channel.
If you use 3rd parties such as Yoordi or smoothr, you need this or another eSolutions and online order channel per 3 parties (here, for example, 2).
If you use Yoordi, smoothr and Hypersoft Webshop, you have 3 x the eSolutions and online order channel. Once it is included in the webshop and 2 x it is licensed separately.
A 3rd party or channel does not have to use both.
For the use of the 3rd party connections, monthly SaaS costs of 59,-€ apply. Technically, the number of activities is largely unlimited, Campaigns & Activitiesare incurred per activity.
Variant IF 01: eSolutions Payment-Only...
The restricted version is reduced to payment with 3rd party apps and is correspondingly cheaper.

Previous version until 07.2020 Interface 1: eSolutions connection...
Hypersoft bidirectional interface via web services. The interface provides 3rd Party eSolution APImaster data for programs from Hypersoft approved suppliers using Hypersoft master data. Booking transactiones of such providers can also be transferred to the Hypersoft POS system. The eSolutions integration enables an unlimited number of transactions to be transmitted to the Hypersoft POS system and allows access to an unlimited number of end devices, provided that the transmitting system is not in the foreground.
The licence has a fixed monthly price and transaction costs.
One license is required per location and per integrated 3rd party provider and service.

IF 07: Sales scale/check-out scale
To use the scale connection, you need one IF 07: Sales scale/check-out scale licence per connected scale . There are different methods for the connection, from which you can select one.

Interface 11: Dispensing system licenses
Hypersoft interface to a dispensing system
Supports the interface of
- Gruber or Dirmeier dispensing systems
- WMF (E protocol)
- Franconian
- GRAPOS
- addimate
Optimum performance coordination between the POS system and the dispensing computer through cooperation based on partnership (the scope of the services listed here is not supported equally by all dispensing system manufacturers). The actual scope of services of interfaces can be decisive for the successful use of dispensing systems - let us advise you in this regard. Among other things, we perform:
- Debit and credit mode
- Extensive operator authorizations
- Over- and undercapacity with evaluations
- Intelligent cancellation support (canceled at checkout, drink already tapped)
- Table lock with offset function
- Price levels and area function with automatic timer (event manager)
- Foreign items (e.g. send food to kitchen via dispensing system)
- Number synchronization with function number comparison report and monitoring monitor
One interface licence is required per connected dispensing system, whereby the respective running interfaces count as Hypersoft. If a dispensing system is connected and this dispensing system controls other devices within your network, Hypersoft considers it to be a connected dispensing system overall.

A smartSCHANK licence must be used for each smartSCHANK device that is connected to a Hypersoft system in order to create a bar display on the dispensing system comparing tapping/booking. A smartSCHANK license is a simple variant of the dispensing system interface. Use Interface 11: Dispensing system licences for a normal credit and/or debit-side dispensing system connection.

Interface 19, IF 20, IF21: Hotel PMS connections
One POS terminal takes over the communication to the PMS / hotel program and enables all other POS terminals to book to rooms as well.
You can view the list of compatible hotel programs in the PMS interface. Depending on the manufacturer of hotel programs, not all functions may be supported.
Interface 19 covers the basic requirements and is most commonly used: Guest In-House List Working with guest names and reservation numbers, Room Sharing, Numbers on room or party.
Interface 20 extends the options for billing the POS system in the hotel program (for example, with Protel PMS). The POS system also transactiones vouchers and cancellations in such a way that they are made available to the interface for evaluation. This license allows the use of a simple POS license on the PMS Front Office under certain conditions.
The Interface 21 is exclusive for the Oracle connections and always contains the possible accounting of all transactiones with the PMS. Additional details can be found in the section Oracle Connections. This licence allows the use of a simple POS licence at the PMS Front Office under certain conditions.
One license is required per location and hotel connection. If there is more than one PMS system or client in the hotel system, one Hypersoft PMS interface license is required per client in the hotel system.

Compeso is a program for cinemas. With this interface, the loaded Compeso customer cards can be used in CLOU cashier mode for payment, interim payment. The cards can be read by magnetic stripe or barcode at the cashier mode (full or Quick-Service).

Interface 27: POS video surveillance
Gives video surveillance programs or hardware devices which can record the booking data to the video image via interface. With this license, which is required per connected CLOU POS, you can transmit the booking data to the video surveillance system for recording.

Interface 28: SKIDATA connection
A parking bonus can be determined in the Hypersoft POS. The license is required per SKIDATA system in one company. A system can be several barriers.

Interface 29: BANKETTprofi interface
The Hypersoft POS system can work with the BANKETTprofi. The license is required once per POS system.

IF 31: JOMOsoft order connection (fix)
The JOMOsoft order connection licence transfers the booking data to JOMOsoft so that the orders can be calculated there.

Interface 55: MOBILE PEOPLE Customer Data API
API for bidirectional exchange of customer data with the Hypersoft system. This gives you the opportunity to integrate customer data into your own apps and also to create new customers in the Hypersoft system. This license applies to the interface of customer data to an app/program and can be used for one client or all participating clients of a branch system. The bidirectional interface of the reservation data is possible via the same API but with a different license.

Interface 56: MOBILE PEOPLE Reservation API
API for bidirectional exchange of reservation data with the Hypersoft system. This gives you the possibility to integrate reservation data into your own apps and to create new reservations in the Hypersoft system. To connect a self-service checkout, the Cash Management SB Kassenanbindung is required as a licence. One licence is used per connected self-service device. Currently supported is the Pay machine S2 SB-cash register.
