Pick-up monitor Lite

Efficient customer notification, simplified: The pick-up monitor Lite is our answer to the demand for a simpler but equally effective solution for displaying pick-up and order information. It was developed for facilities looking for a cost-effective and low-maintenance alternative to our fully equipped DS collection monitor. Without the need for a specialised monitor device (no PC required at the monitor), the pick-up monitor Lite offers a basic but complete solution for customer communication. As an option, the status of all orders for the service staff in production can be viewed in the location overview.

Core functionalities

Live updates: Customers receive real-time information about the status of their order, which improves the customer experience and makes waiting times transparent.
Text-based displays: focussed on the essentials, the monitor displays order numbers and status information in a clear, easy-to-understand form.
Simple set-up: Use existing hardware. All you need is a device with a modern web browser such as Edge or Chrome running in kiosk mode.
Simplified design for maximum compatibility: By reducing text displays to a minimum, the pick-up monitor Lite deliberately dispenses with sophisticated design elements such as animations, image and video slideshows and acoustic signals. This limitation ensures maximum compatibility and performance, even on less powerful hardware, without compromising the main function - effective communication with customers.

Technical requirements

Monitor / TV with modern web browser technology that can run in full screen / kiosk mode (must be checked in advance). Internet connection mandatory.
The PickUp Monitor lite is part of the PickUp Monitor DS licence (DS PickUp Monitor).
The Ordertracker licence is recommended as an option.
An additional MS Windows PC / tablet is recommended for controlling the collection monitor.

The control software can also be installed on the Hypersoft ePOS terminal.
