The collection monitor was specially developed for the Hypersoft POS system and Hypersoft self-order terminal. The system processes Hypersoft order numbers as well as order terms, which inform the guest in a particularly appealing and targeted way through animations, videos as well as notification sounds (adjustable). It is an innovative solution that has been specially developed to make order collection in your business more efficient and customer-friendly. In addition to the pick-up monitor, OrderTracker can also be booked, which works like a digital pager and informs the guest about the status of the order outside the direct field of vision of the monitor.
A collection monitor system is usually used to inform customers when their order is ready for collection. This system implements this functionality and offers a solid basis for a positive customer experience with its modern design and convenient functions.

Licensing and conditions for the Pick-Up Monitor
Each pick-up monitor receives its own digital signage pick-up monitor licence. The "virtual pager" OrderTracker is an optional additional licence.
The collection monitor does not require an SQL licence. The data is retrieved via the 3rd party eSolutions API, which must be available on the system as a general eSolutions API. This is given with IF 01: eSolutions and App Integration or IF 01: eSolutions Payment-Only. If this is not available, one of these licences must be used for the collection monitor.
A simplified version of the collection monitor is offered as theCollection Monitor Web.
