Online booking systems are complicated to set up, unintuitive to use and not very user-friendly. I don't have time for elaborate training for myself and my staff.

You can configure your own system in about 5 minutes. Nevertheless, ticketbro support is always happy to help.

High price & long running time...

Most booking systems have high acquisition costs and expensive monthly contributions with long contract commitments. These costs are also incurred during my company holidays or less busy summer months.

Only tickets that have been sold will be charged. They decided whether all or part of the booking fee would be paid directly by the client. Booking fees for tickets are not uncommon and so ticketbro could even be free for you.

My event offer is very individual and often connected with requests from my clients. How should an online booking system map this?

ticketbro has been developed in practice, hourly tickets, group tickets or birthdays incl. additional sales are part of the ticketbro standard.

Scanning

With Hypersoft POS and Mobile Entry, you can quickly check and validate tickets in all visibility and lighting conditions. For occasional requirements, you can even use your smartphone to check tickets directly with ticketbro.

Birthdays and events

The booking process for birthdays or events is enormously time-consuming for facility operators. For this reason, we have mapped all the requirements in our booking system so that the customer can book the desired party quickly and conveniently and the operator is relieved in the long term.

Special birthday features include:

  • Resource planning for tables or VIP areas

  • Additional products such as gift bags or drinks flat rates

  • Free text fields to ask for special requests

Since not everything is automatically passed on to the Hypersoft POS system, you may also have to provide this function on the POS system side.
