What is Innocard?

Innocard Loyalty (a Plorea company) develops and supports applications at the point of sale. Cash register, ordering, loyalty systems and other peripheral applications.

Workflow with Innocard

Based on the Hypersoft web vouchers, you can accept Innocard Loyalty value vouchers at the point of sale and redeem the available credit.

The connection is made via the 3rd party connection of the Hypersoft web voucher system. The API interface for third-party vouchers is set in the MyHypersoft portal. Before the settings for the third-party vouchers are made on the cash register, the following settings must still be made for the respective locations in the central settings (web voucher settings) of the web vouchers:

  1. Access Central Settings by going to Customer Loyalty, Web Vouchers, Settings (location menu item).

  2. Create a password for the cash register interface of the foreign voucher with prefix xx53. This password must be stored in the MCP of both settings for third-party vouchers. The prefix (xx53) must also match.

  3. Depending on the interface type (xx53), it is necessary to enter a password or a transfer parameter for the API of the third-party voucher:

licensing

As a license for the use of third-party vouchers with Hypersoft, the license for Hypersoft Web Vouchers is required. The transaction costs for Hypersoft Web vouchers also apply with Innocard Loyalty.
