Sales data for: Rota

Rota is a manufacturer of programs for personnel management.

The Hypersoft time recording data can be transferred to Rota.

The application with Hypersoft is described in the area of standard wage export: Export: DATEV and Standard

file structure

The file structure is created according to Rota's specifications as a CSV file:

UniquePersonId = Hypersoft personnel number from the employee master data

BookingDateTime = date and time in the form of DD.MM.YYYYY ss:mm

CheckIn = WAHR = kommt, FALSCH = geht

GeoPosition = optional

LateBooking = WAHR = nachbearbeitet, FALSCH = unbearbeitet (wir exportieren vorerst immer FALSCH)

TerminalId = optional

Additional = Addition for absences, such as leave or sick leave.
