Export: DATEV and Standard

The wage data export can output recorded time data using the Report Manager. For the export of the data you need the licenses StaffOrganizer with time recording and the Backoffice Suite or the Report Manager.

The wage type configurator enables you to set wage types individually. You can output the DATEV/LODAS/PAISY file in the Report Manager.

The establishment of wage type export is project work that requires planning, especially if not all participants are familiar with the legal basis for the use of wage types:

Wage export reports

Enhancement of the time recording report to include wage type output according to DATEV. If time recording is installed and the wage types are set up using the wage type configurator, you can select the employee time recording report. Further system switches are available under the options with which you can switch off wage type output in the report.

Setting up master data

Setting up master data affects several programs.

The master information...

Select the Administration section and then the System settings program group. Start the master information and choose the PayrollData tab. Enter your client number under which you are listed with your accounting office and the consultant.

Stop exporting wages...

In wage export, set up the destination folder for your export file. This setting should be sufficient.

Configure wage types...

Wage types contain precise definitions of the type of payroll accounting. They are suitable for differentiating between normal activities and activities that contain bonuses or allowances. Set up your wage types in the wage type configurator.
