Import customer cards

Customer cards can be imported from other systems. For example, you can use Hypersoft customer cards or cards from another system to book customers who have been registered in another system and may have received customer cards there as well.

The Hypersoft system is a flexible standard solution that can be used in a variety of configurations. The correct implementation of the functions described here requires specialist expertise and a clear comparison of your requirements and expectations.

This structured approach enables us to carefully analyse your requirements and implement them in a targeted manner.

A special module serves to monitor a freely adjustable storage location and to react in case of new or changed XML or CSV files.

Two methods are currently supported:

With XML customer cards are imported according to an internal fixed format.
With a CSV file customer cards are imported according to internal fixed formats.

The internal formats are intentionally not described in detail.
