Hypersoft Code: Regardless of our own programs and partnerships with other vendors, we offer every requestor the opportunity to use our interfaces and integrations, even if these solutions are in competition with our own programs or those of already integrated products from partner companies or suppliers. However, I must be aware of the fact that Hypersoft makes these solutions available to the entire circle of users in the standard version and thus places corresponding demands on the service and quality of the product to be connected. We also reserve the right to refer to already existing solutions in the standard for such requests. This is possible differently in the project business.

Any new connection from the standard or the project business must be communicated to us and must be tested and verified in a coordinated manner.

Questions about direct data access

Even if this is technically possible, we reserve the right to change the internal database structures at any time. This is why we only use clearly defined interfaces and processes for our cooperation. We take this into account in updates and changes to the internal database structures in such a way that these remain as unchanged as possible for connecting third parties, or in technically necessary changes are coordinated with third parties in good time so that they can react appropriately to the changes.

 

Via our MCP many different exports (automated) can be configured. Based on our Enterprise Reports licence, we can also transfer your booking data to our portal and grant "third-party systems" access to it via web API. Your data will be cumulated (!) and averaged to 30min. You can request data every minute via our B2B data interface. This is always a current "Total". Please note that the connection of another partner to our B2B data interface is a project work requiring planning, for which we offer (if interested) a flat-rate of two development days. We would then add new partners as new partners to our portal area under Interfaces, for which a direct contact and the transmission of marketing information is mandatory.
