Export: Lohn AG

The Lohn AG interface works on the basis of the DATEV interface. With a corresponding selection you determine the export.

A file Mandantname.csv is created and integrated into the Outlook attachment.

File structure:

PNR;Date;Come;Go;Go

1;14.09.2010;06:00;12:00

1;14.09.2010;12:30;15:00

1;14.09.2010;15:30;18:00

1;15.09.2010;10:12;11:46

Absences are filled as follows:

PersNr;Date;Interface number;Factor

FOR EXAMPLE:

123;18.07.2016;2001;1

123;19.07.2016;2001;0.5

Only one break is supported by Lohn AG. This means that there may only be two lines per person and day. Please ensure that this limitation is observed in your company when you transmit data to Lohn AG, and also arrange this with Lohn AG.
