Time recording with gastromatic interface
If the gastromatic interface is set up, the system always checks whether the employee is connected/synchronized with gastromatic when time recording is started. If yes, the first check is whether the interface is active and can establish a interface with gastromatic. This procedure has a maximum time window of 15 seconds.
If after 15 seconds the interface does not give a positive feedback, the interface error is displayed:
With the interface, the current data of the day are called up for this employee and possibly duty schedules are checked and the basic settings are synchronized. Depending on the basic setting, pauses may or may not be offered.
Here is an example of stamping status work:
When stamping for work, the method is then checked with the gastromatic interface and the time recording possible for this employee and day is offered. Here in the example no duty roster is deposited for the day, thus the free Einstmpel is permitted, jedeoch not without indication of a work area and/or an activity..:
In this example no duty roster is stored, so that free stamping is allowed. This then requires the specification of a work area/activity. After selecting an activity valid for this employee, Free Stamping can be activated. Example kitchen selected:
If you call up time recording again after stamping, you can start a pause or finish work:
If duty roster times are available in gastromatic, they are displayed in the upper list for selection and, depending on the basic setting, must or can be selected:

Messages can be stored in gastromatic, which are then displayed when the planning data is selected. Here in the example for use in service at 19:30:
Emergency operation if interface not available
If no interface to gastromatic has been established 15 seconds after the time recording was started, the error is indicated:
This means that you can still enter time data in such a way that it is reported to gastromatic later when the interface is restored. The duty schedule information from gastromatic can be offered as long as no interface exists but not.
