gastromatic supports you in all areas of duty scheduling, time recording, holiday planning and payroll accounting. The programme has been successfully implemented in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The connection of Hypersoft and gastromatic consists of two areas:

  1. Turnover data can be transferred to gastromatic from the B2B Data Interface. These are used there for planning and evaluations.
  2. (Time recording data and employee data can be exchanged and therefore only need to be edited on one page. See above)

gastromatic also offers a documentation of the connection to Hypersoft. Please ask gastromatic support for the current address.

Administrators and Installers

In the background there is a program that runs on the server or the main cash register and executes all necessary communications between Hypersoft and gastromatic. In addition, every 5 minutes the master data of the current and the last day are compared and after 15 minutes those of the last 31 days.

If you want to transfer the data from gastromatic to Hypersoft for more than 31 days, you can use the full comparison.

With the full adjustment, the time from which the data is to be adjusted is freely selectable.

For the connection of the employees and time data, corresponding Hypersoft time recording licences are required, see Time recording licences.

For the output of the turnover data, the B2B Data Interface must be activated, which requires the Enterprise Reports licence. The turnover data is then transferred via the B2B Data Interface. provided.
