Manage downtimes

Stand times define the length of time a prepared item can wait to be served. The standing times are specified in seconds together with a unique designation in a table. These preparation times can be assigned to the items in the item master.

The information on standing times is not yet used for delayed order printing and the KITCHEN MONITOR system, but can only be assigned to an item for information purposes.

 

Select from the programme group POS Settings Lifetimes, or via the button for the direct jump from the item master.

Element / Switch	Function / Description
text	Enter a unique name. To the selection in the item master it is practical to write the time in minutes with in the text.
seconds	Specify here the time in seconds to be applied to the text.
Save	Press save to save your entries.
