Send error message from Windows
If there is an error somewhere in the Hypersoft Suite, a special dialog will usually appear that allows you to send the error directly to Hypersoft and you can usually continue working afterwards. This automatically provides us with detailed information about the unknown problem so that we can correct it in future updates.
Should you experience any unexpected inconvenience in this context, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. The program starts automatically if an error message can be transmitted. If errors occur at other points, please communicate them to our support team in the normal way:
Element / Switch | Function / Description |
---|---|
message text |
The message text is created by the program and should not be changed. |
Save notification |
You can use this function to save a notification so that you can send it later. This can be useful, for example, if the computer on which the message occurred does not have Internet access. If you have Internet access at your MCP workstation, you can send the message from there. For this, you will receive an icon in the status bar in the MCP as a hint, which you can select for sending.
|
OK | With OK you close the view and return to the program. |
stop | Stop ends the view and cancels the program. |
Send to Hypersoft | Use this form to send the message to Hypersoft. This is the recommended method. |
