Execute action tab

If you are working with customer lists, the Execute Actions tab appears. This allows you to efficiently process any number of selected data based on specific information, such as discounts or bonus points, in a single step.

The procedure is always the same. You create a list that appears in the results output. Then switch to the Executeactions tab. Here you select one or more options and press the Executenow button.

Please note that all data records of the result output are always processed and for your own security make a data backup before you use this menu item.

Element / Switch Function / Description
rebate Define a positive discount rate to grant to the selected customers. Enter for example: 10 for 10%.
turnover

This allows the stored turnover of the customers to be set to the desired value.

If, for example, you want to write to all customers who have achieved a certain turnover, you can reset the turnover of these customers to zero (input: 0.00) together with the dm letter.
all-time turnover All-time sales are intended to know the information about the customer's sales even if the information in the Sales field has been changed by promotions. You can also change this value here.
Set all-time turnover to turnover

This option transfers the All-Time Sales information for each customer to the Salesfield.

For example, if you are working with two sales thresholds, you can overwrite the value from sales with this value to start over in the All-time sales field.
bonus points

These bonus points have essentially been developed for customer base 1. The bonus points mentioned here refer to the legacy bonus system and not to the current one.

Here you can change the status of the bonus points, for example to set them to zero (input 0).
price level Select a price level that you want to activate for all customers.
Delete price level Removes the possibly existing permanently assigned price level at the customer in the result output.
Block customer Block the customers. In cashier mode, a corresponding message appears when this customer is accessed.
