Use card management

Card management books all card movements in the Hypersoft portal. You can view the bookings by choosing Prepaid cards.

With Search you can search for a card number (also via info fields). If you select an entry from the list, you will receive detailed information about the map, including any customer assignments. In this dialog there are options for editing:

Element / Switch	Function / Description
Block card	Select a card and press Lock Card to lock the card. The following action allows you to store a note for blocking. You can transfer the credit in advance.
Delete card	Deletes the card so that it cannot be used again and, if necessary, can no longer be evaluated. All applications of the deleted cards in interface with the Hypersoft POS system are preserved in the accounting journal of the POS system.
Transfer card balances	The credit balance of one card can be transferred to another card. Please note that this is a credit balance in the card database. A credit that is physically stored in a cash segment (or similar) on a chip card cannot be transferred in this way.

Prepaid billing

The prepaid billing area is still in preliminary planning and does not provide any functions except for a few more.
