Reservation Dashboard

Your entry into Reservation 2.0 is the Dashboard, which gives you an overview of your last reservations, the load and some statistics.

You can update the dashboard by clicking the "Update" button (top right).

Area Last 50 reservations...

The area of the last 50 reservations shows you these in descending order. Here you will find the time of receipt, the contact (known / existing contacts are displayed as a link and lead directly to the customer base), the reservation time, the number of people, and the channel through which the reservation reached you (possible channels are currently: Manual, POS, Widget, API).

Area: Statistics and Status

 

 

This section shows you the number of reservations, cancellations, check-in/check-out reservations, and waiting list entries, depending on the selected period. In addition, the ratio of incoming reservations per channel is displayed. You can set the desired evaluation period using the View selection in the top left-hand corner.

Area: Reservation times and quotas...

The Reservation Times and Contingents area shows you the capacity utilisation per hour for today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

You can expand the respective entries to view the workload per area.

The Set reservation times and quotas link lets you configure this view (as well as the general settings).
