Cancellations on the Orderman

The Orderman supports the functions Cancellation before order,Cancellation before order list, Cancellation requestdepending on the userClosed As users we call people who operate programs, in our case mostly the users of the MCP and the contained programs. authorisations. These functions must have been set up for use in the keyboard area.

Handling on the Orderman

If you have booked items and have not yet pressed a balance (and order voucher), you can use the cancellation before order. Cancellation can also be triggered on Orderman by swiping to the left, in which case the last item booked is cancelled by Cancellation before Order. Swiping to the left again then cancels the penultimate item, etc.

Swiping to the right starts the function Cancellation before Order with List.

Note that only the last 8 items are displayed in the display area. If more than 8 items are to be removed by cancellation before order, this can only be recognised in the display by the balance . This limitation is caused by the Orderman manufacturer's firmware.

If you have swiped to the right once and cancelled an item, swiping to the left is blocked and a swipe to the right with the corresponding result is performed again as a substitute. With the next operation, swiping to the left is also possible again.

If the cash register function " Charge Receipt " is on the keyboard of the Orderman, the cancellation before orderis not available. The command Cancellation before Order is then executed as Cancellation after Order.

Cash register function Cancellation before order list....

With the function Cancellation before order list you also get a list of all item bookings of the transaction that have not yet been closed by a new balance. In the list you can then select the items whose bookings you would like to cancel.

Cancellation before order in multilist

If you book an item in multi-lists, you can also delete the item directly from right to left to execute a cancellation. This is modelled on the strikethrough on a writing pad.
