Swiss absences
The duty roster and the holiday planner take into account the special legislation in Switzerland - also for time recording. On the one hand, you can fulfill the obligation to provide proof of absences. On the other hand, the required payroll models are supported.
The legislation provides a fair view of leave entitlement and planned hours, taking into account holidays and actual working days (compared to working days for employees). It therefore makes sense to use these billing models in other countries as well, where these issues need to be addressed. Example: In normal employment relationships, an employee has several days off in December. These entitlements may be lost during shift work and work on weekends (hourly target) as is usual in gastronomy. However, if the planned hours are adjusted according to the applicable public holidays, an employee (even if he or she works more in December) can benefit from this in other months. Hypersoft may take this claim, or the adjusted target hours, into account based on regionally applicable holidays.
The planned hours of an employee are thus calculated from the working days, taking into account the Hypersoft holiday table. The planning of compliance with rest periods (absences) is also supported.
Absences for Swiss legislation
Extended functions can be used for Swiss legislation.
In Switzerland, rest periods and holidays/holidays due to illness are shortened. This reduction takes place whenever the disease lasts for more than 2 months or 60 days. The first 30 days are not taken into account when reducing leave and 1/12 of leave is reduced for each further 30 days. The rest day reductions refer to the full 60 or more days.
The reduction shall be made in accordance with the following rule:
Value1 = (Entitlement to rest days / 7.0) * 2.0;
Value2 = ((Entitlement to rest days - Sick days) / 7.0) * 2.0;
NewEntitlementRest days = EntitlementRest days - (value1 - value2)
You can specify whether an absence type is to be used for reduction in the absences.
If the country Switzerland is selected in the master data, the absences table is extended by two fields. This allows you to freely set all absences with regard to reduction.
