Human Resources
The Human Resources division is all about your employees. The employee data is available to you without any further licences. For the POS system, you can extend employees to POS system operators via PIN and operator authorisations. The users of the portal and the MCP are independent of this.
In addition to staff management, there are further Staff Organiser licences for time recording and holiday planning. With regard to personnel planning, we offer a simple integrated programme, the Hypersoft duty roster, or cooperation with leading duty roster programmes via interface or integration. Staff Organizer offers the following programmes and licences:
- The holiday planner with Absence management is provided together with the employee master without licences.
- The commission calculation for operators is also included in conjunction with the Hypersoft POS system.
- The gastromatic integration deepens the functions of the Hypersoft duty roster and extends it functionally.
- Hypersoft time recording is powerful and integrated into the system. It also extends the services of the gastromatic interface. Employee data can be maintained as required on both sides and are synchronized.
- The time calendar is a programme in the Hypersoft Portal for viewing and revising all time data. It is supplied with the time recording.
- You need the Report Manager or the Backoffice Suite for the evaluations of the programmes.
