Set wage export
You can make changes to the output format DATEV using the program Set up wage export. However, the output format is correctly specified and so far sufficient for all users, so that we do not support other formats except on request. You can set the destination of the export file here.
Changes...
As the DATEV format is currently specified, you can only make limited changes here in order to be able to use the data for other programmes if necessary.
If you require other formats, this is project work requiring planning:
This topic concerns project work that is subject to planning.
The Hypersoft // system is a standard programme that can be used in many different configurations. The correct application of the topics described here requires expert knowledge and an alignment of expectations, and not all Hypersoft employees and partners are equally trained in all of the topics labelled in this way. For this reason, we characterise these topics as project work requiring planning, so that you can contact your Hypersoft sales partner or Hypersoft Support in good time with this necessary planning. This approach ensures that we record your requirements carefully and respond to them in a targeted manner.
Wage export settings
Start the programme from the Printers and Interfaces programme group and select Set Wage Export:
Element / Switch | Function / Description |
---|---|
Edit export settings | First select the DATEV entry to save your settings. |
output file | you specify the directory and the name of the export file. |
separator | Select the separator to be used between the field information. If the selected delimiter is used within the field information, it will be replaced by a space to ensure the integrity of the export file. |
output type |
Select with Replacewhether the output file should be replaced with each export, or with Append whether the new information should be appended at the end. Text in inverted commas adds an inverted comma to the beginning and end of the text information. All fields in inverted commas ensure that all fields begin with an inverted comma and end with an inverted comma. With heading creates a header line in the export file. This contains either the name specified under Field text or the different heading you entered as information. The Summarize data option merges the same data records. For example, if you do not use the booking time and operator information as the target field, the journal export can specify all the same items in a row cumulated. |
decimal separator and Decimal places |
Select the type of formatting for decimal numbers. The decimal places can only be filled with values as long as they are stored in the source fields. Alternatively the fields will be filled with zeros. |
