Rebooking replacement tickets
After the replacement tickets have been issued and before the end of the day, replacement tickets shall be assigned to the respective categories. This is done with the programme Rebook Replacement Tickets.
Start the program Rebook replacement tickets from the MOBILE PEOPLE program group.

access date | The selected access date is the date on which the replacement tickets were used for access. Normally, this is the current date. You can also execute the transfer postings for previous days by making the appropriate selection. |
replacement ticket | Select the production of replacement tickets that have been issued. The replacement tickets (type 4 ticket items) are offered for selection with a prefixed item number. |
rebooking ticket | Select the rebooking ticket. All items with the option external order are offered here with prefixed item number to the selection. |
client | Select a customer from the MOBILE PEOPLE customer database to be linked to the booking. |
method of payment |
Select a payment type from the currency table. The further invoicing for this is carried out either in a further system or within the Hypersoft Suite. number | Specify the number of replacement documents that you received. The number of replacement tickets used for access is displayed for checking purposes. This number also specifies the maximum number for the rebooking. |
rebooking | Executes the booking process. |
