replacement tickets

Replacement tickets are necessary in special cases. If you create vouchers representing a ticket in advance sales, advertisements or other media (we call this a replacement receipt), the replacement ticket program will be used.

Requirement:

The customer wants to gain access with his substitute receipt and shows it at the entrance. Here the customer receives a replacement ticket from a previously produced contingent in exchange. With this replacement ticket the customer receives access. Later, but before the end of the day, the replacement receipts are rebooked with the Replacement Tickets program. Depending on the category (if different), a posting is created for the number of replacement receipts issued, with which the previously produced replacement tickets are assigned to the replacement receipt.

Workflow:

They produce 100 replacement tickets. In the course of the day, 34 customers come with replacement receipts from the travel agency and 12 customers with replacement receipts from the daily newspaper. You exchange the replacement receipts for 46 replacement tickets. The customers use the tickets for access.

At the end of the day, you take the 34 and the 12 replacement receipts and rebook them with the replacement ticket program.
