Dynamic commission report

The dynamic commission report displays both standard commissions and dynamic commissions. Dynamic commissions are used in team management and take the working time of the individual employee into account when calculating the proportionate commission. This is done by using only the bookings (of all operators) that fall within the period in which the operator participated in the team for commission calculation.

 

The dynamic commission report:

In team management, different commission records per merchandise category are also processed correctly, but the display in the report would then only have the commission record from the user setting. For this reason, an additional line is automatically generated for the employee/operator concerned and the commission record taken into account is displayed in it. In this variation the team turnover is listable, but in special cases it does not always correspond to the commission basis. Examples are managers who may cancel for a team, but are not active in the team themselves. As a result, the commission base may differ from the operator's postings.

For this reason, in such cases, the Posting Total column is displayed in two parts, the left column shows the posting total for the respective commission rate and the right column shows the total that was ultimately used as the base total for calculating the commission.
