employee time recording
Time recording as a report for each employee. The main activity in the report is the employee's default setting. In addition, the respective activity of the recorded time recording (per day) is determined and this is also displayed below.
Further documentation: Flexitime balance
The report has powerful radio buttons and settings:
Please note that the switch Apply Theoretical Hourly Wage 2 can have an effect on the Live Report.
The time recording report hides the individual hours per day in the flextime balance (GLZ) area if you have specified fixed target monthly hours. Instead, only the carryforward from the previous month and an additional block "* Hourly defaults" are displayed.
The time recording report is now adjusted in the flextime balance (GLZ) area so that the individual hours per day are hidden when fixed target monthly hours are specified. Instead, only the carryforward from the previous month and an additional block "* Hourly defaults" are displayed. See example.
Switch target hours with all available days...
By specifying the basics from the employee master data, misleading master data can be entered for the target hours. For example: an employee is available every day of the week, but a 5-day week with 7.8 hours per day should still set the target value. The time recording report assumes a 7-day week in the case without "Not available days". If you want a different calculation, select "Calculate target hours with all available days based on the x-day week".
If you do not work on Saturday and Sunday, a 5-day week is treated as a 7-day week, so Monday to Friday is checked and if it includes a public holiday, this is taken into account in the target hours. Example 6 - 12 April with Good Friday.
