Edit delivery point
Delivery points are delivery addresses that you must create for your client if you use the CONTROLLER and especially if you want to work with process automation. As an option, you can store delivery points for each point of sale.
Here you can conveniently manage addresses and information on process automation.
Manage delivery points can be reached in different ways:
- From the Master Information program as the central delivery point from the BasicSettings tab,
- From the program Master Information as Delivery Point per Sales Point from the Sales Pointsregister ,
- Directly from the vendor master via the menu Program:
In order to print the deviating delivery point on the purchase order, the order form with delivery point must be used with the corresponding suppliers.
| Element / Switch | Function / Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Enter a unique name for the delivery address. |
| Sales point or central delivery point of the client | The selected point of sale is displayed. |
| delivery instruction | The delivery instruction can be printed on all orders from this point of sale. |
| info | An info field for internal use. |
| Address | Press Address to enter the address of the delivery point. |
| Contact for | Here you can define the contact person responsible for ordering this point of sale. |
| Global communication | Enter the phone and fax number for the sender of the order here. |
| Process automation | If you want to use automatic order proposals, you must make the settings for vendor transaction automation. |
