control groups

Each basic item can be assigned to one or more of up to seven possible control groups.

A control group regulates the frequency of the control by checking the stock of items contained therein during certain recurring periods. Items can be contained in several control groups, so that items in control group 1 (for example daily) can also be items in control group 2 (for example monthly).

To make it easier for you to use the control groups, give them unique descriptions.

So items can:

• Only be included in a control group
• Be included in several control groups
• Be included in all control groups.
