Set and export for Scopevisio

Activate the option Scopevisio Export for invoice control Ordercenter settings.

If the switch is activated, a "checked" invoice is split and exported according to the characteristics G/L account & tax rate and the export folder on the hard disk is then opened to make the file available for further processing.

The following values provided for Scopevisio result from the following data:

• Cost centre = Interface ID from master information / sales points

• G/L account = Expense account from the commodity group settings

• Vendor = Interface number (Ext-No) from the supplier master record
