Variants of the workflow with Orgasoft.NET

With Orgasoft.NET you can operate a stand-alone system or several Hypersoft site systems. Location systems always consist of locations and a Hypersoft head office. Depending on the specific requirements, data is transferred either directly from the locations or centrally via the Hypersoft head office. A basic distinction is made between master data and transaction data Transaction data is usually time-relevant and provides the information for evaluations. In the Hypersoft suite, for example, cash postings.:

Master data: This is synchronised with Orgasoft.NET regardless of the variants and licences used. Whether synchronisation takes place on site or at the control centre depends on the type of installation and is determined automatically.
Transaction data: This can be transmitted directly from the locations to Orgasoft.NET (required per location) or forwarded via web clearing to the Hypersoft head office and from there to Orgasoft.NET, which enables centralised data transmission.
1. The inventory changes are calculated in the Hypersoft inventory service, including changes through queries and inserts that are transmitted to Orgasoft.NET.
2. Here, only the booking information is transferred to Orgasoft.NET, and Orgasoft.NET takes over the calculation of the stock data using the recipes stored there.

This flexibility enables the workflow to be adapted to different company structures and requirements.
