An EDI interface serves as a technical solution to enable the electronic exchange of structured business data between different systems. The abbreviation EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange. Concept of co-operation...
With the Stock Management Controller, Hypersoft offers a unique solution that is seamlessly integrated into the POS system. The focus here is on automation and controlling on site. The planned further development of our controller includes the concept of also being able to use the extensive supplier interfaces and supplementary workflows of Orgasoft.NET, for example, without integrating them directly into the controller. Conversely, Orgasoft.NET utilises the technical possibilities of the combination of Controller and Hypersoft POS to provide you with the extraordinary possibilities of automated and controlled inventory management in real time.
The Hypersoft Order Centre remains a good solution for medium-sized requirements. In co-operation with Orgasoft.NET, we have created a market-leading solution for the ever-increasing demands in the area of purchasing and controlling. The desire of both companies to bring something particularly powerful to the market led to the concept of being able to supplement the Hypersoft Order Centre with Orgasoft.NET. The best solution from our point of view is achieved not least through the exceptional programme and service features that can be combined here. Signum has enterprise resource planning in its DNA!
The cooperation is maintained by both companies within the respective programmes. A special interface technology connects these as if from a single source and you can rely on support to coordinate in the background to provide you with targeted answers when needed. Just as you are used to and can expect from the companies.
High demands on self-explanatory logic as the basis...
A Hypersoft POS system can offer complex items with changing components to choose from. We call these recipes, which contain basic items with corresponding parameters and presets. For the synchronisation of the master data, we only use the basic articles, as purchasing is exclusively concerned with these. This gives you at least two options to choose from:

By taking over the order data, you can use the automation in Hypersoft for scheduling and, if necessary, also for controlling without having to maintain the complex supplier data in Hypersoft. Without these options or you can still use simpler item data at the POS despite perfect purchase management.

You can optionally use the recipe management in Orgasoft.NET to apply the far more extensive calculations and the helpful financial controlling and keep the POS system free of all this information. Calculating, adapting and perhaps even trying things out in Orgasoft.NET does not interfere with the POS system and poses no risk, as synchronisation can be controlled from there.
A new dialogue shows a comparison of the two item masters to be synchronised. This makes it possible to use automatic synchronisation while always maintaining an overview. At the same time, the unintentional synchronisation of partially processed or other unwanted data is actively and self-explanatory avoided. Already "linked articles" can be hidden for a better overview.

Known limitations of the extension to Signum Orgasoft.NET
The Orgasoft.NET programme is available in German, English and Turkish. It can be used in conjunction with Hypersoft in the German or English version of Hypersoft. The front end of Orgasoft.NET can also be automatically translated into other languages by Bing (Microsoft).
Requirements for the integration of Orgasoft.NET into the Hypersoft Controller
A licensed and installed Hypersoft controller is required for use (no order centre required with Orgasoft). In addition, the Hypersoft licence IF 30: Signum Orgasoft.NET Integration, as well as the required products directly from Signum or its specialist retail partners. In addition, you must then set up the connection in the Hypersoft Portal and configure the Orgasoft.NET integration in the MCP.
