Consumables and warranty

BOCA printers are exceptionally durable and reliable, which is why they are the upscale standard in ticket printing. The standard warranty is 12 months. The warranty on printheads is limited to three months. We recommend that you use the labels from BOCA Systems. This ensures high quality, so that BOCA can permanently guarantee printheads.
